Welcome to Laburo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Laburo provides an online job board platform connecting Job Seekers and Employers via https://laburo.net (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Laburo's services.

By using Laburo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

## 2. Definitions

"Job Seeker": An individual using Laburo to search and apply for jobs.

"Employer": A company or individual using Laburo to post job listings and hire candidates.

"User": Any person accessing Laburo, including both Job Seekers and Employers.

"Services": The job posting, job search, and related features provided by Laburo.

## 3. User Registration & Account Responsibilities

### Job Seekers

Job Seekers may create an account to apply for jobs.

You must provide accurate and updated information on your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials to your account secure.

### Employers

Employers must register an account to post job listings.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions.

Spam job postings and misleading job offers are prohibited.

Employers must respond professionally to applicants.

Laburo reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

## 4. Job Posting & Application Rules

### For Employers

Job postings must be accurate and comply with employment laws.

No discriminatory job descriptions based on race, gender, age, religion, or disability.

No multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or scam jobs.

Unpaid internships must clearly state they are unpaid.

### For Job Seekers

Job applications must be truthful and relevant.

No spamming or submitting fraudulent applications.

Laburo does not guarantee employment.

Laburo reserves the right to remove any job listing or application that violates these terms.

## 5. Payments & Refund Policy (For Employers)

Employers may need to pay for premium job postings or featured listings.

Payments are processed securely.

Refunds are provided only in cases of billing errors.

Employers must cancel recurring payments before renewal to avoid additional charges.

## 6. Intellectual Property Rights

Laburo owns all branding, trademarks, and content on the website.

Users retain ownership of their resumes and job postings but grant Laburo a license to display and distribute submitted content.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission.

## 7. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

Your use of Laburo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and store personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Users have rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws (see Privacy Policy for details).

## 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Laburo is a job board and does not guarantee employment or candidate quality.

Laburo is not responsible for:

- Unsuccessful job applications

- Employer hiring decisions

- Job postings that expire or are misleading

### Disputes between Job Seekers and Employers

The platform is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laburo is not liable for any damages related to job postings, applications, or employer-employee interactions.

## 9. Third-Party Links & External Job Applications

Some job listings may link to external employer websites.

Laburo is not responsible for the privacy practices or job terms of third-party sites.

Users should exercise caution and research employers before applying.

## 10. Account Suspension & Termination

Laburo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Post fraudulent or misleading job listings.

- Engage in spam or abusive behavior.

- Violate data protection and employment laws.

- Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform.

## 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits against Laburo.

## 12. Changes to These Terms

Laburo may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or website announcements of any major changes.

Your continued use of Laburo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
